About Mohammed
Hello :D
I am Mohammed, I first started tutoring in the end of Year 10, helping my peers with GCSE biology and chemistry voluntarily-I am a massive nerd so I really loved explaining scientific concepts to people and helping them "cheat the system" - spending less time revising than before but providing the best results.
My philosophy may be very cliché but it is work smarter and not harder, if you can spend your time doing more practical things like active recall and practice papers for only an hour it is, of course, better than spending 4 hours rereading notes.
With me you will succeed but also have time to have fun.

My lessons are one hour long and structured for maximum results. The first half focuses on fully understanding the content. I break down difficult topics into simple steps, explain exam terminology clearly, and make sure students can confidently explain concepts back to me. I use questioning throughout to check understanding and keep lessons interactive.
The second half is focused on exam performance. We use past paper questions and active recall techniques to strengthen memory and improve exam technique. I teach students how to structure answers properly, pick up method marks, and avoid common mistakes that cost grades.
I achieved 7 Grade 9s and 3 Grade 8s at GCSE and am currently studying A-Level Biology, Chemistry and Maths with A*A*A* predictions. I also have almost two years of experience tutoring GCSE Science, so I understand the exam boards and what examiners look for.
