About William
Bachelors degree in secondary education with emphasis on biology. 10 years of teaching ranging from public to private schools and currently an international boarding school.
Our current curriculum utilizes mastery teaching methods where skills are the focus. We utilize research to practice skills such as claims writing, modeling, and argumentation. This has allowed me to effectively identify areas to improve writing to get ideas clearly across to the reader. We also practice using spreadsheets, modeling, and graphing to enhance our writing.
When concepts are the focus, we take advantage of case studies, visuals, labs, and other effective means of learning.

For over 10 years I've taught or tutored middle schoolers to college students to reach their goals in their course or professional needs.
