About Sanura
I specialize in high school English Language Arts, with a focus on reading comprehension, writing skills, and standardized test preparation. I work with students to strengthen their analytical reading, improve essay writing, and build the skills needed to pass state assessments with confidence. My qualifications are plentiful as I’ve been an educator for over ten years and I earned a Bachelor’s degree in English from Florida State University. Currently, I am pursuing my Master’s degree in English. My teaching approach is structured, targeted, and results-driven. I break down complex reading and writing tasks into clear, manageable steps and use proven strategies to help students quickly improve their performance. My core pedagogical belief and practice is prioritizing confidence—because when students understand what to do and how to do it, their performance naturally improves. My sessions are supportive, focused, and designed to deliver real, measurable progress.
