About Lily
Hi! My name is Lily, and I am currently a senior student at Cretin-Derham Hall in Minnesota with a 4.1 GPA. Outside of academics, I have competed in horse eventing for several years and own two horses myself, which has taught me discipline, patience, and strong time-management skills. I am also a peer tutor at my high school, where I enjoy helping other students solve their challenges and build confidence in their abilities. I like working with kids and making learning feel fun, low-stress, with some giggles!

Hi I'm Lily!
My teaching style focuses on breaking math concepts into simple, manageable steps and helping students understand the reasoning behind each problem. A typical lesson includes reviewing their most challenging topics, working through practice problems together, and building confidence through guided practice along with an option for homework. As a current high school student with a 4.1 GPA, I can explain concepts in a relatable, easy-to-understand way while connecting with students who may be struggling. My lessons are best suited for elementary, middle school, and early high school students who need help with mathematics, algebra, homework, or test preparation. I love helping others learn and aim to make every lesson productive and enjoyable.
