About Isha
Hey there! I’m Isha and I’ve been a tutor for two years now with 5 total students. I’m in Multivariable Calculus, and I’m currently the TA for this year’s AP Calc BC class.
From my own struggles with math in the past, I’ve found new approaches to solving problems and developed the ability to explain concepts in different ways, adapting my approach to match each student’s unique learning style.
It’s easy to fall behind when you lose the bigger picture in math, so that’s what I’m here for.
My method highlights the importance of not just doing the math, but understanding how each piece of the puzzle fits together.

Lessons will be 1 on 1 in person at a local library. Typically, frequency will vary student-to-student.
We start with a quick initial meeting for introductions, reviewing the student’s class curriculum, and determining our pathway to success.
Each lesson will last 1 hour or more if desired.
These lesson plans are best for ALL students:
- Grades 1-12
- Pre-Algebra, Algebra, Geometry, Algebra 2, PreCalculus, Calculus AB or BC
*For AP courses, I also provide any knowledge/resources/useful tips specific to passing the exam.

I asked Isha for help with my AP Precalc class. We met weekly, went over class notes, homework, and any additional test prep material. The sessions really helped me out because Isha explains the why behind ideas not just how to solve the problem. Overall, I highly recommend them.
