About Emma
Hey, my name is Emma. Currently, I'm a grade 12 student enrolled in the BMLSS French immersion program and I am graduating in June of 2024 with my OSSD and my bilingual certificate. I have struggled with my attention span, and hyperactivity for many years. I have learned many ways to keep myself focused on assignments and how to tune out most distractions that I can easily teach you as well. I don't like to tell you what you need to know than expect you to understand, I take the approach of using hands-on strategies to ensure I can help you in the succession of your assignments.

I have taken a french immersion Co-Op within a public school that has allowed me to learn new ways to help and teach students. A typical lesson plan for me would be to go over everything that is required for the lesson, and engage in hands on activities that are stimulating to the brain, yet educational at the same time. I myself have ADHD and I struggled with paying attention in classes and devoting myself to setting deadlines to finish my assignments, as such, I have learnt many ways to overcome the obstacles that can be seen everyday for students struggling with attention/hyperactivity disorders. I can help any student from grades 4 - 11.
