About Oluebubechi
Hi! I want to tutor other kids because I like teaching others about specific topics. I also want to do this to change a child’s life, because I know what it’s like not to do well in class. As a matter of fact, in the beginning of my high school, I wasn’t doing the greatest up until I had a tutor to come and help me. Now, I am excelling in all my classes, and currently have a 3.90 weighted GPA. So by doing this job, I hope to make a significant difference in the lives of children who struggle in school.

I believe that students should take lessons with me, because I myself am a student, and can offer the best viewpoint and can understand my students more.
Because of this, my lesson plan will also be detailed towards that student, which will mainly be practice sheets, or a fun lecture about the topic they need help on. With lectures, I will try to use fun and popular analogies so that the concepts can stick into their brains on test day.
A typical lesson day will depend on the topic. If it is a Math topic, we will do practice sheets and I will help guide the students through the process, before letting them do a couple of problems by themselves. If they have homework they need to do, then the same lesson plan will also apply to their homework.
For scientific subjects such as Biology, I will usually ask the topic they are confused on ahead of time, and then on lesson day, I will usually do a lecture with fun and popular analogies to help them understand the topic better.
These lessons are usually for people in classes like Algebra I, Geometry, AP Biology, and Chemistry.
