I follow a student centric teaching methodology where, various styles are imbibed and individualised instructional materials are framed as per student's needs & calibre. I believe that learning should be practical unlike rote memorization. Thus, play way methods are also included occasionally to culminate into a holistic learning wherein, learning becomes interesting and concrete.
