About Lauren
I am a higher tier GCSE maths student currently studying further maths with a current grade 8! I am intending on studying maths as an A-level subject and I do always enjoy teaching it. I am very patient and can explain things multiple times if the student needs reassurance. I teach my school peers and they tend to find my explanations very helpful. My dad is an engineer meaning that he has excellent math skills which he has passed on to me and I can assure you that I will not fail you! xxx

I believe that everyone can do maths, even if you find it impossible! Maths can be learned and I personally believe that things come with practice! I teach students from primary school until year 11 as maths is my passion! I approach different maths problems by trying to simplify the information given and figuring out the required work in order to obtain methodologically correct answers. When in doubt, I tend to use maths-watch which I find particularly helpful.
