About Elva
Students evaluate me as a patient, experienced, and rigorous teacher. I am able to teach fluently in English, and the classroom is lively and interesting. Starting from the first class, I will help students understand the structure of Chinese sentences, learn Chinese expression and thinking, encourage students to confidently express themselves, and actively participate in classroom interactions. I am passionate about teaching Chinese and also passionate about cultural exchange. I have worked in three universities and four professional Chinese language education institutions in China, teaching students ranging in age from 7 to 65, including diplomats, company executives, international students, elementary school students, etc. The HSK level 3 to 6 students I tutored have all passed the exam.
