About Naasirah
My name is Naasirah, I am 17 years old and I have 2 little brothers! I assist the K-4th grade classes in my school with homework and classwork and I even help some other high schoolers. Learning should be fun, an exploration, I will work hard to make sure it's just as fun and interesting as any video game or story!

Learning should be fun so I try to make math be similar to a storybook, describing and explaining formulas in ways children understand. Lessons would start off with small talk, asking how their day was so I can gauge their emotions and how they will react. It would then have them going into homework, asking how much they know and seeing if they understand. It would shift into me teaching them, using common interests of theirs to explain work and ending with them showing me what they've learned. What sets me apart is my age, Since I am younger children are more likely to be more open to me than if I were older. I also have an idea of what children like to do, watch, and read! I teach Kindergarten, elementary, and early middle school.
