The best thing about her is that she respects other's time and is very punctual and particular in taking classes. She is a very patient teacher and explains concepts elaborately till understood. The before class notes are well written so are usually self explanatory.

She's calm and patient with doubts and queries and she puts in extra time if there are any. Shares hand written notes in pdf form in Hindi and English a few days before class.

It's been more than 3 months since I started learning classical music from janhavi mam and trust me she is a best teacher. She prepares personalized curriculum for everyone. She is very friendly, so you can ask as many times you want and there have been times we she was ready to clear my doubts by taking extra classes. Last week I gave my first year's examination of classical music from Bruhad Gujarat and I really had no difficulty in clearing it. Everything was possible just because mam was there all the time to guide me. In this span of 3 months not just music but the way I express my music has also been improved.
