About Sol

I am a 17-year-old undergraduate at the University of Aberdeen with a love for all things English. I feel passionate about this subject and keeping future generations interested in English. My goal is not only to teach but to encourage people to enjoy reading and writing outwith necessary qualifications they might be taking. I am a massive advocate for children to be reading more and would be happy to lend or give some of my books that I think might be useful to my students. Essay writing is what I would say I’m best at and I would be happy to help with essay writing for other subjects than English such as, but not limited to, history, modern studies and religious studies.

About the lesson

I am a friendly and approachable person who can tailor my lessons to each individual’s needs. I would say I’m best at teaching Nat 5 and Higher English, especially essay writing within these subjects. I have flexible working hours and would be happy to tutor online or in person.
