About Niamh
I have just finished my BA in History at University of York and I am preparing to start my MA in History of Science, Technology and Medicine at University of Manchester. Studying and reading is something that I have always enjoyed, and I think that this enthusiasm is essential to tutoring. I won't only help academically but also help to bring some joy to studying.

My lessons would typically be an hour (but this can be altered to fit your needs). I like to design lessons tailored to combating the weak points in a student's knowledge by going through examples together, teaching revision techniques (for GCSE and A-level students) and marking and explaining the marking of example essays and exam questions.
I have previous experience as an 11 plus and GCSE tutor. I was also a peer tutor all through high school and sixth form.
