About Karen
My TEFL training includes Business English. I am currently teaching young adults who live abroad and are looking to improve their general English comprehension and speaking abilities for work or social purposes. I have worked as a teacher before and I also designed a soft skills course which I trained in corporate environments.

My first objective is to correctly assess at what level the potential student is currently functioning. Also via a brief questionnaire I like to establish what their interests are. After that I can tailor-make lessons to suit the students needs; whether these are to gain business vocabulary skills or simply confidence when speaking English.
