About Joachim
Coming from a family of teachers, I started to give my first rehearsal classes at a very young age, a year before I started university. Once at university, I had a little time to rehearse elementary and high school students both in the evenings and at weekends. When I entered the research cycle, I started a part-time teaching program in a private high school where I taught biology, earth sciences, hygiene, biotechnology and chemistry on a few occasions. A year before defending my thesis, I started teaching at university level in several institutes where I taught subjects relating to biochemistry, pharmacology, microbiology, immunology and the chemistry of natural substances (both in French and English). It's been over 12 years that I've molded myself with passion and dedication in all echelons of teaching and today I continue to perfect methods with the aim of making everything easy, demystifying the codes of every subject I teach.

For me, teaching is a process in which the learner is led to discover for her/himself what she/he needs to understand. The methodology is simple: present the lesson concerned, explain it, summarize it and give one or more application exercises. The student will then be able to summarize in her/his own words in the next lesson, and the lesson will be validated following the correction of the application exercises. I'm used to saying that school isn't difficult, and that's what I sincerely believe. With me, you don't get bored and you work in a fairly relaxed atmosphere.
