About Jamil
My name is Jamil Ibrahim, and I am a dedicated professional with a diverse background in education, law enforcement, and community service. I currently serve as a Deputy Superintendent with the Nigeria Immigration Service, where I have developed strong discipline, attention to detail, and leadership skills through managing responsibilities related to national security and administration.
Beyond my professional role, I have a deep passion for teaching and mentoring. I previously worked as a science teacher, where I supported students in understanding complex concepts, improving their academic performance, and building confidence in their abilities. This experience helped me realize how impactful education can be in shaping lives and creating opportunities.
I want to teach because I believe knowledge should be shared in a way that empowers others. My experience in education, healthcare volunteering, and leadership has taught me the importance of patience, communication, and adapting to individual needs.
