Hi there I’m Rebecca a former semi professional tennis player , student athlete and nutrition lifestyle and performance enthusiast. I’m also a final year Global Health and social medicine student at Kings College London. I’ll be completing an MA in obesity and human nutrition this year.

Each session will be tailored to your individuals needs and concerns. I will discuss with you your current lifestyle, routines and dietary /exercise habits. If you purchase a one off session we can go through some affordable “hacks” and tips to improve areas tailored to your personal goals. If you choose to buy more than one session clients can expect a deep dive into their daily habits routines and nutrition and advise based on research backed information and little known functional/ alternative medicine approaches as well as insider knowledge on the latest health research to optimise performance, longevity and diet .
