About Darline
Have you ever wondered why your home recordings sound different than professional releases? I started recording my own music long before completing my BA Commercial Music at BIMM Institute. Developing a 12 year career releasing music has been quite a journey.
Coaching working musicians and hobbyists taught me the value of a solid signal flow. Content creators often struggle with the same technical hurdles during their sessions.
I thrive on helping adult learners navigate their specific home studio setups. Helping students finish their projects remains my primary focus as a tutor.
Many students walk away with release ready tracks after our time together. I have supported countless individuals through the creative process. It feels rewarding to see a song move from an idea to a finished file. Sometimes I think about how far we have come.

Mixing audio feels like a puzzle that reveals its picture only when all pieces fit perfectly. My BA Commercial Music degree from the BIMM Institute provides a technical foundation that supports every creative choice we make together.
We focus on gain staging and signal flow as the bedrock of your production. Mastering basics and mixing fundamentals come next to ensure your tracks sound balanced on every speaker.
You will learn to use audio effects creatively to define your own unique sonic signature. Synthesis and sound design will expand your library of textures beyond stock presets.
Reference mixing helps us identify exactly where your project sits within the industry standard. I enjoy seeing students take control of their own artistic output. Technical clarity allows your music to finally speak for itself. I look forward to hearing what you create in the studio.
