About Rachel
I am a biology education student at the University of Evansville with 5 years of tutoring experience in middle and high school math courses through Algebra II. As a high school student, I took geometry, Algebra II, precalculus, AP calculus, and AP statistics. I have teaching experience in a diverse range of classroom settings, and I'm excited to share my love for learning with my students!

In order to develop a more complete understanding of a topic, students need an educator who will recognize and cater lessons their unique learning style. I adopt a student-centered approach that encourages students to be curious, ask questions, and connect their learning to real-world experiences in a way that makes the most sense for them. No two students are the exact same, and that is one of the things I love most about teaching!
