My teaching French combines a communicative approach for real-life fluency with comprehensive input and structured output. The student plays a preponderant role in learning by stimulating real world scenarios such as ordering at a French cafe, booking a hotel room or asking information. I incorporate listening comprehension using technology, give students few sentences in French and have them highlight the conjugated verbs or specific grammar structures. Hence, I integrate quick games, quizzes and vocabulary challenges and connect the language to their specific personal interests.
