About Lola
My name is Lola, and I am a passionate learner. I am currently a high school student with a 4.25 GPA and multiple AP and Honors science classes under my belt. I love learning about different subjects in STEM and plan to get my Bachelor's degree in psychology and minor in chemistry. I use a variety of different teaching methods based on students learning style, I take into consideration different methods such as visual, auditory, repetition and try to include a good mix into what we are going over. A typical lesson plan would consist of initially going over any areas of confusion or clarification, if given homework problems on the subject those would also be reviewed. Then, the teaching would go over the current topic the student is working on, in a lecture style method with visual representations. We would then move into a discussion to review the topic and answer any questions before finally applying the concept with practice problems. This is a perfect lesson for general high school chemistry, honors chemistry or AP chemistry.
