I am a qualified chef with a Hospitality and Cookery diploma. I have been cooking meals and baking cakes, muffins, biscuits and other treats for people. I got my Hospitality and Cookery diploma from Blue Ribbon Hospitality and Cookery School of Excellence

My teaching method is inclusion. I base my teaching on having my learners being hands on with me in the kitchen and not just watch me cook. I approach each topic by bringing them a sample of the type of food that we will be learning to cook and also giving a background on the cuisine
