Having proven people management skills with the ability to manage performance and motivate learners on an individual and team level. Classes can be 4 hours up to 4 days, depending on experience and training are needed. Any person, from the age of 16 can attend classes.

Advance Food safety course are over 2 days, attending class.
Basic Cooking classes can be from 5 days.
Advance cooking classes and culinary skills is over 8 weeks.
