I am comfortable with training and advice learners on all levels and have an excellent commercial approach to solving problems and developing business processes. Having proven people management skills with the ability to manage performance and motivate learners on an individual and team level. Classes can be 4 hours up to 4 days, depending on experience and training are needed. Any person, from the age of 16 can attend classes.

Online basic food safety courses are 4 hours.
Advance Food safety course are over 2 days, attending class.
Basic Cooking classes can be from 5 days.
Advance cooking classes and culinary skills is over 8 weeks.
