About Jordan
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, founder of a nonprofit that addresses stigma, access, and treatment in mental health around the world, as well as a husband, father of two daughters, musician, and devoted student of the human mind. What I have here is a way to program your brain to react the way you want it to without needing to actively and consciously learn how to react that way first. This is worth checking out.

Based on peer-reviewed studies and breathrough empirical clinical experiments in neuropsychology. Cognitive Rehearsal, when applied effectively, is a mechanism by which one can render natural and automatic desired psychological states/states of mind as well as reactions. It is a simple process, and when applied correctly, achieves a lasting effect of the desired result with the support of ongoing positive reinforcement.
