About Lukishia
Throughout school I was extremely shy. I had the gift, and the talent to write, but I didn’t have the confidence or the guidance I needed to thrive. I aim to be this for someone who needs it.
I’ve always had a huge passion for reading, creative writing, and anything literature. I was always top of my class with spelling also.
I have worked with children in school and nursery settings now for 7 years, and I adore it. I want to do this on the side for children who need that little bit of extra support and push in the right direction.

Hello! My name is Lukishia Monelle and I have a huge passion for English, Literacy, and Creative Writing.
I always had a talent in these areas at school, gaining fantastic results in English at GCSE and A Level. Since leaving school I have gained a level 3 in Childcare, have experience in schools, and love to teach children.
I will be holding my lessons via Zoom any other online video service that works for you.
I like to specialise mostly in creative writing and spelling, and I am most comfortable with KS1, but also comfortable with KS2.
If you’re a teen or an adult looking to learn English as a language, I think I could help you too.
If your little one struggles in the literacy area, please give me a shout. I have a lot of professional and personal experience with special needs too.
I will do my absolute best to make my tutoring fun and exciting, and hold attention. I am very creative myself.
Sometimes children just need someone they feel comfortable with, and that has the time, to go through what they’re currently experiencing or working on at school. I am a very warm and empathetic person, and feel I can bring any personality out of their shell.
