About Felix
I'm an approachable and personable tutor with an excellent academic record. I specialise in humanities, social sciences and english literature tutoring, and
have also coached clients through 13+ admissions exams.
My academic background is in the humanities and social sciences. I have a first-class degree in Archaeology and Anthropology from the University of Cambridge and a master's degree in City Design and Social Science from the London School of Economics. I also scored full marks in both English and History A-levels.
In my previous tutoring role, I helped my client into a highly competitive public school, helping across all of his 13+ subjects. My approach is to instil a sense of academic confidence which goes beyond the syllabus and offers a framework for thinking critically. I am also a good judge of written style and essay writing and can help clients to develop their skills in this department.

Felix coached my son for his 13+ entrance exams a few years back. My son was struggling to get his English and maths to the standard required for entrance into our local independent schools.
Felix’s approach was first rate. He was quick to identify the gaps in my son’s knowledge and get him up to speed in these areas.
