About Sofus
My name is Sofus Upton. I am a Husson student, currently majoring in Software Development, and I'd like to help you out with math. I'm a math minor, and have been good at math for a long time.
I am 17 years old, and live in Bangor, ME. I do not have a driver's license, but I do have a reliable method of transportation. My schedules are flexible. I am also available via email.
I have always been good at using computers, so any computer-related issues -- either on your end or mine -- will quickly be solved.

I am a Husson student minoring in mathematics. Ever since I was young, I've been good at math -- I took my first Calculus course when I was twelve. Math is something I've seen many, many people struggle with, and I'd like to try and make it easier for people to understand.
These lessons are for anyone, of any level. Whether you're a middle schooler just learning fractions, or a struggling Calculus student in university, I am willing to help. Please just let me know ahead of time what subject and what part of that subject I'll be helping with -- I want to be able to prepare ahead of time.
My preferred hours are somewhere around 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Lesson plans are flexible, and depend on what you want out of the lesson. However, I typically try to explain the idea behind the topic, any formulas, and so on, and then proceed to find applications so that you can practice. I would like to reiterate that this is flexible, though, and may change -- I will always let you know.
I am able to help both online and offline, however online help will be less like having lessons, and more like emailing a teacher after class. I'll still help, but it will be via email, and responses may take longer.
