My name is Jay Sostaric. I'm a third generation American Croate recently arrived in Croatia and settled in Karlovac. I'm 54, but aside from the gray in my beard, you'd never know it. My biological age is (according to the machines) 40. But in 2020 I was a physical WRECK!
I'm now an elite personal trainer. I have 6 specializations in addition to my education as a personal trainer:

Then you don't really know the power of yoga therapy. In my practice, I define yoga therapy as "the personalized combination of yoga (especially breath-work), corrective exercise, somatic therapy, calisthenics, and herbal nutrition."
Sadly, our modern lifestyles are rarely in alignment with the body's requirements for optimal health and fitness.
Many of the symptoms of aging are reversible, and actually reveal themselves to be prolonged wear and tear due to these conflicting lifestyle factors once we become aware of them.
Yoga therapy was the cornerstone of a practice that gave me back my life. This is what I now teach to others.
