About Francesco
I am a former professional athlete and I have always given great importance to the quality of food and the different methods of preparation to preserve its nutritional principles, for more than a year I have also begun to give importance to the water we ingest, informing myself and comparing hundreds of types of water, having finally found seven types of water, for every need, that have changed my life for the better and that can change yours too, ask me how, we are only a message away.

"Water is the fundamental element for the existence of all living organs. We often think that all drinking waters are the same and that the important thing is that they are drinkable. We are bombarded with bottled water thinking that some have some beneficial properties compared to others, in reality all bottled waters are close to similar for the amount of oxidants they contain due to their long conservation in bottles. What is hardly known is that there are waters that act as antioxidants, just like it happens for fruit and vegetables and therefore they have "ceutic" properties that are able to bring benefits for man and the environment. Hydroceutics is a new cultural movement. "
