About Akaya
I am an experienced Secondary Mathematics Teacher specializing in KS3–KS5 Mathematics, including Cambridge and Edexcel IGCSE as well as A-Level Mathematics. I provide structured, student-centered lessons focused on conceptual understanding, problem-solving, and examination success.
I have experience supporting students of different abilities, from strengthening foundational skills to preparing high-achieving learners for advanced examinations. My lessons are interactive, encouraging students to develop confidence and independent mathematical thinking.
I currently teach online using digital whiteboards and interactive tools to ensure engaging and effective lessons.
Mathematics becomes easier when concepts are explained clearly and patiently. I help students build confidence in Math through step-by-step explanations, guided practice, and exam-focused preparation.
