About Mohit Kumar
I am an MBA graduate from the Indian Institute of Management Shillong and currently work as a Senior Manager with PPG Asian Paints. Over the past 9 years, I have worked with leading organisations including Shell, BPCL and PPG Asian Paints across marketing, business growth, sales, category management and commercial strategy.
I enjoy teaching because I believe concepts become much easier when they are connected to practical examples. My professional experience allows me to explain Marketing and Business Studies using real-world situations, while my approach to Maths focuses on clarity, logic and building confidence step by step.
I aim to create a supportive and engaging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, understanding concepts deeply and improving at their own pace.

My lessons are structured, practical and tailored to each student’s level, goals and learning style. I focus on making concepts easy to understand and building confidence rather than encouraging rote learning.
For Marketing and Business Studies, I combine academic concepts with practical examples from my professional experience with organisations including Shell, BPCL and PPG Asian Paints. This helps students understand how topics such as branding, consumer behaviour, strategy, sales, market analysis and business growth work in the real world.
For Maths, I explain concepts step by step, strengthen fundamentals and focus on problem-solving techniques so students understand the logic behind each solution.
Lessons are typically 60 minutes and can be adapted for school students, college students and adult learners. I am happy to support UK students with their specific curriculum, coursework, exam preparation or general understanding of the subject.
