My father is a teacher and one day I asked him why you like teaching and he came up with an answer, He said "Teaching others is like sharing knowledge with everybody but this is a secondary reason and the primary reason is that while we teach we interact with a lot of young minds so we also get to learn new things and this becomes a two way street". Currently I am also a student at IIM Ranchi but I want to share this knowledge and develop a two way street.

One year ago I was in the same position searching for a good teacher who can relate with my side of problem or the one who can give solutions to my problem. I got one teacher like this and today I am in one of the most prestigious college of India,Indian Institute of Management. Clearly stating that in my class first I try to understand what is the problem for the student and how a student thinks of a problem. All this results in a better understanding between the teacher and student and this will help the student to come through flying colours.
