About Roshan
I am a first-year student of Imperial College London studying Electrical and Electronic Engineering. My situation is somewhat atypical, as I have completed a year of Physics at Imperial, achieving a First. I believe this extra experience has given me a broadened perspective of maths and physics and aids with teaching. Having achieved all A*s at A level, I am very comfortable with the A level maths and physics syllabuses, which I find are extensions of the GCSE syllabuses, allowing me to teach at GCSE level just as well. I have experience with tutoring other students throughout my school career, both at the primary and secondary school level.

I can tutor students in maths and physics at GCSE and A-level. My teaching style is based on developing a natural intuition for the subjects in my students, allowing them to explore the implications of things I teach them rather than simply giving them content to memorise. In my experience this not only increases retention as the student has to think for themselves, but it also makes learning much more enjoyable. I am familiar with the curricula of maths and physics at GCSE and A-level and can use my knowledge to help students with their exam technique as well as subject understanding.
