About Tanmay
I am a student at Imperial College London studying Materials Science and Engineering, with a strong background in Maths, Physics, and Chemistry (IB score 43/45, 7s in all three at Higher Level). From school onwards, I discovered my love for teaching while helping classmates revise. They often told me that my explanations were clearer and easier to follow than the teachers’, which gave me the confidence to start tutoring more formally. What motivates me most is that moment when a topic finally “clicks” for a student — seeing their face light up with understanding is genuinely satisfying. I teach because I enjoy sharing that clarity and helping others overcome the same challenges I once faced. My approach is professional yet approachable: I break down difficult ideas into simple, logical steps, encourage questions, and use real examples and practice problems to build lasting understanding. My goal is not just to improve grades, but to inspire confidence, curiosity, and pride in learning.

I am a student at Imperial College London (IB 43/45, 7s in HL Maths, Physics, Chemistry) with experience tutoring GCSE, IGCSE, A Level, and IB students aged 14–19.
