About Aryaan
I'm an incoming medical student at King's College London, having recently completed my A-Levels at St Olave's Grammar School, which was ranked 3rd among grammar schools in the UK in The Sunday Times Parent Power 2026 rankings.
Outside academics, I enjoy playing guitar, skateboarding and video editing, so I understand the importance of finding a balance between studying and actually having time for the things you enjoy.
One of the main reasons I want to tutor is that I wasn't always someone who found studying easy. For a long time, I would put hours into revision without necessarily getting the results I wanted. It was only when I properly understood how to learn content, use active recall, practise exam questions and identify my weaknesses that my grades began to improve significantly.
That eventually helped me achieve A*A*A in Biology, Chemistry and Maths, as well as a 93rd percentile UCAT score, and secure my place at KCL Medicine.
Because I've experienced that improvement myself, I want to help students not only understand their subjects, but also learn how to revise effectively and become more independent learners.

I offer personalised online Biology tutoring for GCSE and A-Level students. Lessons are typically 60 minutes and are tailored to the student’s exam board, current level and target grade.
My main focus is helping students properly understand biological processes rather than simply memorising facts. I combine clear explanations with targeted exam questions so students can learn how to apply their knowledge effectively.
Lessons can include difficult topics, required practicals, data analysis, application questions, past-paper practice and revision planning. I also place a strong emphasis on mark-scheme wording and exam technique, as Biology students often understand the content but still lose marks through imprecise answers.
Having recently achieved an A* in A-Level Biology and A*A*A overall, I have very recent experience of the current exam system and the techniques needed to reach the highest grades.
