Hello! I’m Prakash Kumar, an enthusiastic and patient mathematics tutor with a strong passion for helping students not just solve problems, but truly understand math. I believe that every student can excel in math when taught in the right way—with clarity, real-life examples, and a bit of encouragement.
My teaching approach is centered around making difficult concepts simple. I break down each topic into smaller, understandable parts and explain them using step-by-step methods. I also use visuals and interactive tools like whiteboards to make learning more engaging. I always encourage students to ask questions freely, and I never rush through a lesson. Whether it’s algebra, geometry, trigonometry, or calculus, I make sure the student feels confident before we move to the next topic.
A typical lesson with me starts with a quick recap or warm-up to refresh what was previously covered. Then we move into the new topic, where I explain the concept in a simple, structured way. We solve problems together, and then the student gets to practice on their own while I guide and support as needed. I always wrap up the session by reviewing what we’ve learned and assigning some light practice to strengthen the concepts.
What makes me different as a tutor is my ability to adapt to each student’s learning pace and needs. I’m friendly, approachable, and deeply committed to making math less stressful and more enjoyable.
