I am passionate about Yoga and Samkhya, and love to convey the fruits of my practices by guiding participants throughout a journey through the body using postures, breaths, visualizations, mantra, concentrations, mudra, bandha . I propose a Yoga that is inspired by several masters I met, and traditions that inspired me. Throughout the session the techniques are adapted to the level and the moment on the basis of this structure:
-15 first minutes devoted to the complete breathing and to refocus the mind on the moment.
-3 to 4 postures held a few minutes while settling in breaths.
-A dynamic flow of postures in the middle of the session, during 10 minutes.
-2 to 3 standing postures and / or balancing in the feet and / or hands ....
-A breathing technique, meditation, visualization or mantra.
-Relaxation guided way Yoga Nydra, closed by a relaxing instrument.
