My experience of many years in teaching and training of human resources at university level, my experience in research and consulting services in electrical engineering and my graduate education with degrees of Doctor and Master in electrical engineering, both titles obtained in Germany, are the solid background that allow me to say, I am sure I own the knowledge, the skills and abilities for successfully perform the essential functions of teaching and tutoring in mathematics, physics and topics of electrical engineering
As university Professor I have taught under-graduate and post-graduate courses: Electro-Magnetism, Circuit Analysis, Analysis of Electrical Systems for Power Generation and Transmission (Synchronous Machine, Induction Machine, Transmission Lines, Load Flow, Optimal Load Flow, Small Signal Stability, Transient Stability, Voltage Stability, and Protection of Transmission Systems), Foundation of Linear and Nonlinear Programming.
For some years I have prepared myself seriously to emigrate as qualified professional to the United States of America because I am convinced I can in this country be very useful on teaching mathematic, sciences and topics related with electrical engineering. My current status is US Citizen.

Engineering topics and science topics are mostly difficult to understand and difficult to teach. Complicate the things is always an easy task. Explain in easy way complicated technical concepts is a complicate task but this is the task a good Professor must undertake. During my long experience as University Professor, I always have put effort in order my students can get an easy understanding from the concepts I have explained to them. This requires the Professor to have in-depth knowledge of the subjects that he explains. An essential task for the Professor is the good preparation of his coming classes. This includes preparation of teaching materials with clear pictures and concise key texts arranged in power point slides and accompanied by clear and precise verbal explanations. Theoretical explanations should be immediately accompanied by practical exercises. To explain complex systems is necessary to separate the systems into its components parts, explain in detail the working principle of every part and finally integrate the partial concepts to understand the system behavior. Problem solving helps the learning process. Therefore, students have to resolve problems and present them to the Professor. Written evaluations must include questions about theoretical concepts and practical exercises.
