About Carmen
I am an integrative medical doctor and certified health coach with an interest in lifestyle medicine.
Over 80% of doctors visits are for chronic illness, for which the most common root cause is stress.
When we learn to manage stress effectively, we can prevent burnout and physical and mental illness.
