I try to create student's interest in Mathematics. Most of the students run away from Maths because they find it difficult, and they find it difficult because their interest was never made and that's why they never understood the real concept. Student will love Mathematics if he gets to know the real life example of the current topic.
In my class, I always try to understand the weaknesses of the student first. Then I work according to the student. Once we create a good bond then he'll himself start following my lead.
