About Axel
I am an experienced Biology tutor with more than 2 years of teaching and a MSc in Environmental Biology. My main teaching interest is pharmacology and the science behind drug action. I enjoy helping students understand how medicines interact with living systems.
In my lessons, I explain drug mechanisms and how molecules influence biological processes. These interactions are the foundation of modern medicine. Understanding them makes biology far more meaningful.
Students also study pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics. They learn how drugs are absorbed, distributed, metabolised, and eliminated. These steps explain how medicines work inside the body.
I often include case studies from real pharmaceutical research. These stories show how scientists develop and test new treatments.
This approach helps students connect theory with real-world science. Biology becomes both practical and exciting.

My teaching methodology in Biology focuses on clear explanations and practical understanding. I believe students learn better when they can visualise how body systems function together. Each lesson is organised carefully to support this goal.
I teach important topics such as anatomy, physiology, organ systems, disease mechanisms, and medical terminology. These subjects explain how the body maintains balance and responds to illness.
I use diagrams and visual aids to show how organs interact within different body systems. This approach makes complex biological ideas easier to understand.
