About Amit
I hold a professional teaching degree (B.Ed.) in addition to a Masters degree in Botany-Plant Biotechnology (M.Sc.), moreover, I possess the certificate/ diploma for TESMC (Teaching ESL Students in Mainstream Classrooms) by Government of South Australia. Additionally I hold Award of Excellence for Chengdu Foreign Teacher's Classroom Teaching Evaluation by Chengdu Education Bureau, Sichuan, China.
I am formally trained in IBDP, IB MYP, 'A' Levels, & IGSE curriculum and have attended both category 1 and 2 Biology D.P. Workshop. I have been a successful IBDP Examiner for the last 7 years now. Besides I have been affiliated with highly regarded International Schools, following IBDP, IBMYP, IGCSE, 'A' Level curriculum, located in Mumbai, Singapore and in China.
For the past 15 years, I have been working as an Academic leader and Biology facilitator. I have proven my prowess in this area by overseeing the implementation of the IBDP programme to ensure that IBDP standards are adhered to, ensure that the school and students comply with all applicable IB regulations and by acting as link between curriculum authorities and school and also through remarkable results of students at IGCSE ,IBDP, IBMYP and 'A' Levels.
