Details
My yoga sessions are personalized based on your goals, experience, and comfort level. Whether you want to improve flexibility, build strength, reduce stress, or develop a consistent yoga practice, I will structure the sessions accordingly.
The hourly fee includes the yoga instruction, personalized guidance, and preparation for each session. If you need a studio or classroom to be booked, the rental charges may be additional and will be discussed with you in advance.
You don’t need to worry about having prior yoga experience — sessions can be adapted for beginners as well as more experienced students.
