About Toyesh
I am an internationally rated chess player, state champion, and national rank holder with years of experience both on the board and as a coach. Over the years, I’ve trained several students who went on to become state and national champions, and I’ve proudly helped many of them achieve their first official FIDE ratings. I combine fun, challenge, and focus in every class. First, I assess your level by analyzing a few of your games, then I identify key improvement areas and design a step-by-step plan for fast and lasting growth. My lessons are interactive, student-centered, and results-driven. Whether you want to learn chess from scratch, beat your school rivals, or compete in FIDE-rated events, I’ll guide you every step of the way

Each class is designed to build deep understanding and practical strength in all phases of the game:
• ♟️ Opening Mastery – Learn solid and aggressive openings, opening principles, traps, and preparation based on your style.
• Middlegame Strategies – Learn how to create and execute plans, attack weaknesses, and master positional play.
• Tactical Vision – Train your pattern recognition and calculation with real game situations.
• Endgame Expertise – Understand essential endgames to convert advantages and save difficult positions.
• Game Analysis – We’ll review your games (or famous ones) to fix mistakes, discover missed ideas, and sharpen your decision-making.
I also work on developing your tournament mindset and training routines, so you can perform confidently under pressure.
