I usually use a base methodology based on constructive criticism and ongoing debate with my fellow students. Course objective: In the first instance the student will be able to understand, analyze and interpret texts to be exposed verbally before an audience with the appropriate use of basic techniques of oral expression, as well as support tools. In the second instance, it will be intended to: 1. Systematically analyze the most relevant aspects in the various fields of international relations of the evolution of the organization of the international society, to understand the form, substance and ways in which it is organized, identify the transformations of the organizational process, and knowing its effects, implications and trends in international life, highlighting its theoretical bases, its historical development and its main exponents and protagonists, as well as the political bases, the legal basis, the main characteristics, the policies essential and the most outstanding actions, in the practical exercise of the various components of the increasingly complex scaffolding of the international organization of our time. The student will be able to: 1. Know and analyze the historical evolution and conceptions of the phenomenon of international organization, and understand its political nature as an essential component of the world political system and international relations. 2. Review the most significant ideas of the main theorists who have dealt with the evolution of the formative and operational process of the International Organization. 3. Know the basis of international constitutional law and the legal regime applicable to the International Organization, within the framework of Public International Law, based on its particular condition and the regulatory frameworks established for its operation; and review intergovernmental coordination techniques. 4. Analyze the development of the League of Nations, its main policies and actions and its importance as the first attempt at universal organization. 5. Review the development and historical importance of the universal organization of our time. 6. Review and evaluate the role played by the United Nations System in the process of developing the international economic order of the second postwar period. 7. Review and evaluate the role of the United Nations in cooperation and development, highlighting the linkage, administration, coordination and actions of the specialized agencies. 8. Examine the responsibilities and actions of the UN in international disputes, disarmament and international security. Analyze regional forms of organization to face and solve jointly the common problem, both general and in various specific fields, as well as the particularities that arise in this type of international organizations and their random function in global processes, based on a criterion of representativeness. 9. Analyze the meaning, trends, operational evolution and implications of supranationality. 10. Know and analyze the theoretical explanations and development of the transnational phenomenon as a form of, or in relation to, international organization and investigate atypical non-governmental structures of the current era. 11. Review, analyze and evaluate Mexico's contributions to the development of the process of the international organization, as well as the role it has played and the one it currently represents. 12 Analyze and reflect on the reform process of the United Nations, its meaning and its implications.
