About Sammy
Sammy is a 23-year-old yoga teacher based in Western Australia. She has a background in music performance which she completed an Adv Dip in 2022 before discovering her passion for holistic wellness. Driven by her own personal mental health struggles & management, Sammy dived into the world of holistic wellness out of necessity. It took many, MANY personal insights, failures & successes for Sammy to reach the present place of being able to hold space for others. She uses intuitive energy work combined with traditional holistic practices to create an inspiring, comforting & peaceful environment for every student. Sammy is not afraid to admit that she still struggles daily with her own management of auADHD & CPTSD but is proud to say that who and how she is today is drastically lighter, stronger & more confident than ever before. She accredits all of her success in overcoming depression & anxiety to her daily dedication to mindful movement, breathwork & meditation. She’s proud to be living proof that holistic wellness practices really do work & she believes is the answer to the modern mental health crisis we see today.

Sammy takes an intuitive approach to teaching mindfulness through yoga, meditation, breathwork & more! Being a Neurospicy with auADHD & CPTSD means Sammy spent years trying everything from antidepressants to talk therapy & more but nothing felt right until she realized that maintaining a sense of true “wellness” comes through inner peace which can only be achieved through the daily cultivation of self-love which requires deep intention followed by strong action. Sammy’s ability to tap into your inner-world and draw out the most hidden parts of yourself so it might transform from dark into a radiant light is an unbelievable gift of the universe. Whether your intention is to build physical strength or spiritual connection, Sammy’s classes will leave you feeling lighter & brighter both inside and out every time.
