About Darshan
I am an internationally certified health and wellness coach with certification in fitness training, Yoga, Zumba and Acupuncture. I have been taking personal training sessions and yoga sessions for offline students but want to pass on the benefits to everyone far and wide. I have had a hybrid approach to my classes. However this would be a Yoga only class.

Yoga is for everyone. So I bring you a fun and interactive yoga class. We will be learning various types of yoga and not only that. We would learn Acu-Yoga and some acupressure as well. This class will be for all the ages. However you would be divided into batches according to age and physical ability.
