About Brendan
I have a certificate in commercial cooking from Canberra TAFE, I have conducted masterclass's in Sichuan, Italian, Turkish and chocolate cuisines. Fundamental Japanese hot kitchen, gluten free, French, budgeting, recipe writing and testing, food safety and Hygiene and food preparation and cooking technics.
I have conducted classes with high schools, Ethnic groups, private persons and business groups.
I have recognized adult education experience and qualifications and have judged professional chefs competitions
