About Katarzyna
As a result of my own struggles with health and body image in the past, I started my health and well-being journey over 8 years ago and eventually became a personal trainer to help my clients facing similar struggles in achieving their full potential and desired goals. I have full HND Level 3 PT qualifications. I’m a fitness instructor, group exercise instructor, and gym instructor. I’ve been working in top gyms in UK including Edinburgh University Sport and Exercise Gym. I have been involved in fitness since 2017, delivering various styles and formats of classes, such as beginner workouts, advanced workouts, and workouts tailored to individual needs. I’ve trained general population clients as also prepared athletes for ultra runs. Personally I’ve been involved in weightlifting competitions, ultra marathons and leisure runs. I also use my skills to prepare myself and others for hiking. I have also delivered: Legs Bums and Tummies (LBT) workouts to target areas that women commonly aim for. Boxercise workouts for destressing. High-intensity interval training for weight loss. Cardio workouts to build stamina. Kettlebell workouts to improve movement and strength. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I became a life coach to complement my holistic approach to fitness. With my holistic approach, I have helped my clients to build healthy habits, reach their goals, and lose weight. My clients' journeys don't end after 10 or 20 sessions; but they learn the importance of consistency, regularity, and continuous effort. I am now starting an online business because I believe it can reach a bigger audience who can benefit from working with me. My aim is to help people create healthy and sustainable habits to become physically active. I want to empower both men and women to create and shape the bodies they have always dreamed of. I believe that my holistic approach provides a space to discuss physical and mental health, improve on both and help achieve physical goals, while also empowering individuals to take ownership of their actions and decisions.

Hourly rate : £15 5h-£75 10h-£150 20h-£300. Sessions are designed to clients' needs.
